Also known as Chinese Cabbage, Wombok is renowned in asian cooking and is the star ingredient to Korean staple, kimchi.
Rich in vitamin C, fibre, and vitamin K. They may help with heart and digestive health. Cruciferous vegetables like cabbage, kale and broccoli are notorious for being chock-full of beneficial nutrients. If you are trying to improve your diet, cruciferous vegetables are a good place to start.
