WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are a small, locally owned and operated business right here in the Clarence Valley. We pack and dispatch all orders from our warehouse in Yamba, NSW.

 

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

Clarence Valley Organics currently services households across the Clarence and Richmond Valley regions. From Grafton to Evans Head and everywhere in between. Don't know if your area is included? Feel free to contact us and we will see if we can accommodate!

 

WHICH DAY WILL I GET MY BOX?

WEDNESDAY DELIVERY: Grafton, South Grafton, Wooli, Ulmarra, Southbank, Lawrence, Tyndale, Townsend, Gulmarrad , Brooms Head, Maclean, Palmers Channel, Yamba, Wooloweyah, Angourie. 
Anything SOUTH of the bridge at Harwood.
 
THURSDAY DELIVERY: Harwood, Ashby, Ashby Heights, Chatswood, Woombah, Iluka, Mororo, New Italy, Tabbimoble, The Gap, Woodburn, The Broadwater, Evans Head. 
Anything NORTH of the bridge at Harwood.
 
If your location/town is not listed above, we haven't forgotten you we simply can't list all our locations. Please reach out to us if you need to clarify your delivery day. 

 

WHERE IS THE PRODUCE SOURCED FROM?

Our produce, meat and specialty items are sourced directly from either local growers, farmers, producers, artisans or wholesalers based in the Clarence Valley, Richmond Valley, Northern Rivers and lower parts of SEQ.

 

WHAT'S IN THE BOX?

We source local, seasonal produce that's spray free or organic where possible, this means what's available is determined by the time of the year, the climate it's grown in and the elements at play and will differ each week. To see what's currently in season click here

 

 

CAN I SWAP OR MAKE ALTERATIONS TO THE BOX?

All of our boxes are packed to order in bulk every Wednesday and as a small operation we currently don't have the resources to allow for alterations. Having pre-determined produce also puts less pressure on our growers and allows them to harvest only what's in season.

We can substitute 1-2 items of something you don't love or if you have an allergy for more of something you do, you'll just need to let us know in the comments section when ordering your box. 

 

WHAT IS A SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

A subscription allows you to create a weekly or fortnightly recurring order that you can set once and manage at your own convenience.

Opting for a subscription not only gives you a permanent 5% discount on all of our produce boxes but also helps to secure our growers’ supply chains by allowing us to provide more accurate expectations of how much produce needs to be harvested every week.

You can include any add-on items or specialty items in your subscription, either as a once off or ongoing purchase and can make any changes you'd like by 4:00 PM Sunday. We place our orders with the farmers and your box is packed fresh every Wednesday with locally sourced spray free and or organic produce.


In your account you can modify your subscription, skip deliveries, and much more. 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO CANCEL, AM I STUCK?

You are not locked into a subscription and can change or cancel anytime. We understand life happens and you may need to skip, pause, change or cancel your order. To do so, simply log into your account before 4pm Sunday week and adjust as you need. 

 

WHY IS THERE A DELIVERY CHARGE?

We charge a small fee of $10.95 which covers the costs of collection, handling and packing and of course, delivery to your door. This allows us to operate such a large delivery area as a small business.


WHY WOULDN'T I JUST GO TO THE FARMERS MARKETS?

Why would you when we bring paddock to plate produce direct to your door every week saving you time, money and the risk of missing out on produce which has sold out by the time you get there?

We work with many of the same growers, artisans and producers that frequent our regions local markets and because we order in large amounts, we get wholesale pricing which we pass on to you, giving you more value for your money and you don't need to leave your house to shop. 

If you still enjoy the market vibe, our boxes give you the luxury of slow social mornings, a coffee in hand and not lugging heavy bags of produce or missing out on sold out items.

 

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH BOX IS RIGHT FOR ME?

We have taken the guess work out of choosing by offering mixed seasonal produce including fruit, vegetables and herbs in all of our boxes. We currently have four available sizes.

Essential - feeds two to four people the basics

Smaller - feeds one to two people

Standard & Deluxe - feeds three to four people

Bigger - feeds a family of five or six people.
