Sage is native to the Mediterranean and is used fresh or dried as a flavouring in many foods, particularly in stuffings for poultry and pork. What you don't use fresh be sure to dry out and store for later.

In addition to its culinary uses Sage is high in antioxidants and may help support oral health, aid brain function and lower blood sugar and cholesterol levels

*Orders must be placed before 8pm Sunday afternoon to receive delivery the following Wednesday/Thursday. Orders placed on a Monday/Tuesday will not be delivered until Wednesday the following week.
