Mushrooms are a rich source of potassium, a nutrient known for reducing the negative impact that sodium can have on your body. Mushrooms are also rich in the B vitamins: riboflavin, niacin, and pantothenic acid.

*Orders must be placed before 8pm Sunday afternoon to receive delivery the following Wednesday/Thursday. Orders placed on a Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday will not be delivered until Wednesday the following week.
