Eggplant is one of the most versatile vegetables around. While technically a fruit, Its mild taste and texture allow it to absorb the flavour of herbs and spices in many dishes. 

Great baked, fried and smoked. Eggplant is thirsty, meaning it will use a lot of oil in the cooking process but the results are delicious. 

*Orders must be placed before 8pm Sunday afternoon to receive delivery the following Wednesday/Thursday. Orders placed on a Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday will not be delivered until Wednesday the following week.
