Brussels are an unsung hero and you either love or hate them. Best in season during the winter months and packed full of vitamins. High in vitamin C, an antioxidant that's important for immune health, iron absorption, collagen production, and the growth and repair of tissues 

We love our tossed in olive oil, salt and parmesan cheese and baked cut side down in the oven until golden and slightly crispy.

*Orders must be placed before 8pm Sunday afternoon to receive delivery the following Wednesday/Thursday. Orders placed on a Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday will not be delivered until Wednesday the following week.
